Execution
Single squats:
3 sets
8 reps each leg
Leg superset:
3 supersets
12 hamstring curls
20 power squats
Chest strength:
3-4 supersets
atomicpush ups
hugs
Back strength:
3-4 supersets
8-12 rows
8-12 reverse flyes
Arm strength:
3 supersets
8-10 bicep curls
8-10 triceps extensions
Core strength:
2-5 supersets
30 sec swinging tucks
12 pikes
Rest between each set for 60-90 seconds.
