General terms and conditions of website and legal instructions have been prepared in accordance Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Law on Electronic Commerce (ZEPT) and the Law on Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and international codecs for e-commerce.

We advise you to carefully read the terms and conditions before using this site. Company NIL Plus d.o.o. reserves the right to change the conditions on the site anytime. All changes are binding for customers.

Online store like Messenger bot KineticBANDSBYMikiKondic is intended for all physical and legal persons. Ordering online is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can choose and order products that are available in the list of products. All products mentioned in this web site are available until stocks run out. All prices include VAT. The validity of prices for selected goods last for the time of purchase, on the day of completion and order submission.


The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail about the status of the confirmed order). From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and valid to the provider as the customer.

After the completion of the purchase you will recieve via e-mail a confirmation of acceptance, with all the details about your order.

The contract will be stored in a writing form in the business enterprise unit NIL Plus doo. Customers will have the option to see the contract at their headquarters, upon the agreement with the company.


Prices on the site are in money unit - the euro.

Prices are valid with the following methods of payment and under specified conditions. Prices can change at any time, without notifying the users of our online boutique. However they are fix and final on the day of order (the buyer pays the price, which was valid at the date of the order).

The cost of postage are shown in the shopping cart before you complete your order.

Various product price benefits do not add up to each other, this means that if the product already has a reduced price, you cannot additionally use any obtained discount coupon


You can pay in three ways:

a) COD* (only in Slovenia)

Cash on delivery at the required adress (valid online price + shipping cost). In this case, the Post of Slovenia charges a fee payment in accordance with the valid price list of Post of Slovenia (€ 0.96 for an amount up to € 96, if the amount is above € 96, there is 1% fee of the principal amount).

b) Preinvoice

Goods can be paid via preinvoice (receive on your e-mail / online price is applied + shipping cost), that is issued NIL Plus d.o.o. company on the bank account number: TRR:SI56 330000006984185, SWIFT: HAABSI22, open at the Addiko bank   Slovenia.

When paying by invoice, we will deliver the ordered goods only after we recieve the receipt of deposit on the account of the company.


Goods can be paid via credit card wich is taking care from the Credox Bank Pay Mill

When paying by credit card, we will deliver the ordered goods only after the bank will confirm the transaction.


Most of the products published in the online boutique will always be in stock. Therefore, you will receive your order within 5-7 working days from the day you orderd. If despite all the careful planning of our supplies some of the products run out, and we will have to order it additionally, you will be informed on time.

If you would like to receive your order faster from the date of your order (possibly a gift) call us before you make your order on one of the bellow listed numbers, and we will send you your order of priority.

The cost of shipping for all orders is € 3.90 for Slovenia. Your order will be delivered by the Post of Slovenia or delivery service GLS. For orders over € 105, the shipment fee will be paid by the NIL Plus d.o.o.

Payment and Delivery abroad

Ordering products to foreign countries and shipping costs are always paid via pre invoice or credit card. Delivery costs to European countries (not all) is min. 4.90 €, and for the rest of the world it depends of the country.

Ordered goods will be delivered by delivery service GLS (first option)or the by the Post of Slovenia. Every order will wait for you for another 10 days before it is returned. Deliverers come to the delivery site more than twice and also call you on your contact number.

Delivery service did not charge any other costs. Post always accounts 5% commission on the amount of the purchase price

Sign damaged shipments:

In the event that a shipment is physically damaged, it lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate the complaint procedure in the delivery company. To do so, take the shipment to the nearest post or GLS office in the same condition as you received it (without anything added or removed) and fill in the reclamation sheet. Together with the Post of Slovenia we will make sure that the complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.


We encourage you to talk to your doctor, physical therapist or trainer, before using our products.

NIL Plus d.o.o. assumes no responsibility in case of any difficulty or problems which could occur to you, or the user of our products, in case you are using it wrong or leave them unsupervised in the hands of minors.

Products purchased on the website like on Messenger bot KineticBANDSBYMikiKondic are made for appropriate use. Before buying, accurately measure the sizes, and buy the product of appropriate size.

Company NIL Plus d.o.o. assumes no liability whatsoever, for any damage occuring the product, if being improperly used. For those products we unfortunately do not have to accept the complaint and give refunds.


Customers commit that when recieveng the order they carefully check the product, and if it is damaged, they have time to return it within 10 days in its original, undamaged package (before this, they need to send an e-mail in writing form that they want to return the product). The cost of the shippment in this case, will be paid by the company NIL Plus d.o.o.

We commit ourselves, that we will examine and review every shipment before shipping it. But we will, in case it comes to any anomalies, fix the errors, replace the product with a different one, offer you a different product, or give you your money back within 7 days, in case the product is no longer available in our stock.

However, if we assess that the error was caused by misuse of the product, your complaint, will not be taken into account. In this case, you will also be charged for the cost of postage.

The complaint, in the case of products specially designed after order, is unfortunately, not possible.

Within 15 days of receiving the order a product, if it does not fit you (size, model, ...), you can return it, but at your own expense, and after consultation with us, we will change the product or refund the money.

So we offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The company is not obliged to accept the goods if the goods are damaged, defective, (partially) lost or their quantity decreased, except if treated as a complaint and the goods were in such a state before the receipt and the buyer / recipient of this message immediately tells us , the delivery or the dealer from whom the goods are received. A copy of the original invoice is required. If the customer in accordance with the applicable law and the terms, acknowledges the provider, that he is terminating the contract, and has returned the package (within 30 days after the message) unharmed, in its original package and an unchanged quantity, the company will refund him within 30 days since the package was returned.

Certain products (models where there has been seawing, engraving, printing, ... In your previous order, clothes of special measurments, ...) unfortunately can not be changed.

After the expiry of 15 days,the exchange is no longer possible. We do not accept shipments with ransom.
