Breathing
Breathing should be a proper one. We inhale through the nose at the moment when our kicking foot is pulled back or when we make a change of movement. We exhale through the mouth after we turn with ball and move in the other direction.
Turning with ball using a pull back
We put two marking cones at the distance of about 5 m. We run with the ball from one to the other cone. From 40 to 50 cm in front of the cap we turn the ball using a pull back. Proper execution: After the player has planted the foot next to the ball, the kicking foot is pulled back with the ankle locked and toe down. We stop the ball with our kicking foot, pull it back and turn the direction of movement for 360 degrees. It is very important that the ball doesn’t stop after the change of direction. We should pull it back sensitively and firmly enough to withstand the weight of the body in the opposite direction and continue moving with ball with the opposite foot. We use outside part of the foot. We should use our arms for keeping balance at turning around and accelerating. The hand closer to the opponent is set as safety in the height of the opponent’s chests. This exercise is technically difficult and the use of the Kinetic BANDS will make your movement even more limited and will require the full implementation of the technical knowledge and huge muscles’ help.

Tip
Execute all technical elements correctly and decisively. The muscles of the upper body should be tense, shoulders raised, your look determined and the movement of turning very dynamic. We should use our arms for keeping balance at turning around and accelerating. The hand closer to the opponent is set as safety in the height of the opponent’s chests. That is how we prevent opponent from getting the ball back. The muscles of the entire body should be maximum active. That is the only way how you could execute maximum movements. Our goal is to exceed the limits, that is why you should relax and calm down before every execution. Remember … Quality over quantity.
