Do this set of 4 exercises combined with resistance and without resistance of Kinetic-BANDS 3x a week. Each of four exercise always at first perform 3 sets with resistance and than 2 sets without. The execute time schould be longer with resistanc of Kinetic-BANDS than without for about 25 - 30%.
NOTE: This is a Speed training, so you have to take enough time for resting in betwean repetition to perform it 150% each time. How to Determine Which Set of Kinetic-BANDS is Right for You
We offer Kinetic-BANDS in two sizes because younger (smaller) athletes need shorter bands to provide the resistance they need to get results. Learn how to customize the fit of Kinetic-BANDS for younger athletes by cutting the leg straps.
User weight is equal to or more than 50 kg (110 pounds): Includes a set of green bands (used for full range of motion) and a set of red bands (used for light stretching). Each set of resistance bands contains one long band (placed in front) and one short band (placed in back). The shorter back band helps fire the hamstrings and glutes at a more equal level with the quadriceps.
User weight is less than 50 kg (110 pounds): Includes two short yellow bands (for beginners), two short red bands (for advanced users), plus one long red band that can used in front if a short band in front does not provide full range of motion. It's important for the user to feel the resistance while maintaining full range of motion capabilities. The bands in this package are shorter than our standard set and are of equal length. Attach one band to the front D-rings on both leg straps and the other band to the back D-rings on both leg straps.
