Execution
Grab the handles, lean into the straps with the face toward the floor, the arms raised just above the head, the hands close together. Always maintain a flat back while doing this exercise. Arms should be over the head so when the body weight is pushed up from the straps, the pressure of the lift can be felt in the triceps. Lift your body rapidly in an overhead motion until you can not do anymore reps. Rest for one minute and do this exercise 5 times.
