The Speed 101 was designed to help athletes improve their speed. The SPEED 101 workout will help you on your way to reach your maximum running speed. When doing high knee drills, sprint drills and core exercises from the workout combined wuth the Kinetic Bands you will see results fast. Be sure to have a day of rest between workouts and do the Speed 101 workout 2-3 times a week for great results.
