In the program, you will get a daily calendar with training videos, which will explain how to execute each exercise. The program consists of four parts:
Basic
Dynamic
Strength
Sprints
The basic part is called basic, because it consists of exercises, that track and field athletes execute in their practices. You will not only get the benefits that sprinters get from those exercises, you will get even more with the help of the Kinetic BANDS. Combined with the track and field exercises are plyometric exercises. The plyometric exercises will help you generate more power and make your body more explosive, and therefore shorten your time on the floor and make your take-off force from the ground bigger.
The second part, the dynamic part, consists of exercises that will make your legs work faster. These exercises will shorten the time your legs need to make a movement when running. The shorter that movement time the faster you will be.
The next part, are strength exercisesthat will help you generate power. When you run, almost every muscle in your body is working, and that is why this part will focus on your entire body. There will be an emphasis on glutes and hip flexors, because those two will help you develop more power and consequently make you faster.
The fourth part are sprints from different starting positions. With every sprint done you will feel improvement. As with the basic and dynamic part, you will alternate between working with the Kinetic BANDS and without them. Doing sprints with the Kinetic BANDS on is a way better alternative to running up hills or running with weights. And again as you take them off you will feel light, and you will run faster than before.
