The Plyometric plan consists of various plyometric jumps. They will help you improve your eccentric, isometric and concentric phase. For the best results possible, you need to be at your 100%. If you are injured or feel fatigued, you should not execute these exercises. You will be using the Kinetic BANDS with these exercises in order to amplify the effect of them. The Strength part will focus on the muscles that have the biggest potential to develop power. The glutes and hip flexors. They are also the two biggest muscle groups in our body. Having powerful glutes and hip flexors will give you a better leg drive while running and a better take off when jumping. Core exercises are also an integral part when training to jump higher. Their function is not only to make you look good shirtless on the beach, they also connect the upper body with the lower body. That is why, the stronger you core the higher your jump will be. People tend to leave out upper body exercises when jump training, but they are much more important than you might think. Having strong shoulders helps you take off higher.
