"On the one hand, the bands offer excellent training possibilities, while on the other hand, they provide greater development of speed, explosiveness, balance, stability in the hips and legs. We have been including Kinetic-bands in our training for a good year and a half. We usually include them in the training process once a week. The boys are additionally motivated when training with them, as they feel the difference that occurs when they perform the same exercise first with their help and then without. The boys quickly learned how to handle the new training tool and take care of it to keep it usable for as long as possible. Although we have been using the bands for quite some time, it has not yet happened that the bands would tear off."
