You do not need to go to the gym and lift weights to get a powerful back, your bodyweight is enough for that if you are using the Kinetic Bands duo suspension training. Targeted suspension training relies on simple biomechanical principles to create a total workout that relies on only a few lightweight, portable straps and the user's own body. For this exercise you will need the Kinetic Bands duo. Atach the Kinetic Bands duo to an overhead anchor point. Adjust the straps.
Execution
Grab the handles and step back from the anchor point until the straps are tight. You will start this exercise with the Rows. The more angled the body, the more pressure will be placed on the back and the more difficult the exercise will be. Users can feel free to angle the plane of the body as much as they like, but no matter how steep the angle, the back should still be straight. Bend the arms at the elbow, pull the handles toward the chest, and lift the body upright in a strong rowing motion. Do as many reps as you can and rest for a minute and stretch your back. After that go to the second exercise. Your arms stay straight at the elbow and instead of pulling the handles toward the chest, the user pulls them out toward the sides. Your wrists should stay straight all the time for the exercise to be more effective. Again, do as many reps as you can and rest for a minute. Complete 4 sets of these two exercises.
