1. EAT COLORFUL:
If your food has different colors, it has a mix of nutrients that your body needs. If you will enjoy lots of fruits and vegetables, the colorfulnes will be guaranteed.
2. EAT WHAT MOTHER NATURE PROVIDES:
When choosing food, choose the ones that are less procesed.
3. DO NOT AVOID HEALTHY FATS:
Fats are essential and necessary for a healthy and normal functioning of the body. Good sources of fats are: fish, seeds, nuts, unprocessed butter, olives, olive oil, avocados, eggs ...
4. EAT PROTEIN:
Good sources of protein are foods of animal origin, mainly meat. A satisfactional source of protein are legumes.
5. EAT CARBOHYDRATES FROM WHOLESOME SOURCES:
Eat as little processed cereals, tubers and products made from them. Avoid simple carbohydrates, when your body does not need them: sugars, sweetened drinks, juices...
6. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS:
Every day to drink at least 2 liters of water or other low energy fluids.
7. EAT BREAKFAST EVERY DAY:
The morning meal will speed up your metabolism and you will perform all the tasks of the day with full power.
8. EAT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY:
Divide the food you eat to 4-6 meals per day. In each meal, try to eat something that contains all three of the macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats)
9. TAKE IT EASY:
Stick to the principle to eat 80-90 percent what is optimal for your body and 10-20 per cent food that satisfies your inner sinner.
10. DO NOT NEGLECT SLEEP:
Sleep 7-9 hours to keep your body optimally rested and ready to face new challenges every morning.
